MSM Powder is administered orally,
or can be used in the production of creams and face masks.
Recommended
daily dosage 3,000 mg (a measuring cup is included in the
package)
MSM powder can be
mixed into a neutral cream in the ratio 1:20. It can then be
massaged into sore muscles and joints 2-3 times daily. MSM powder can be mixed into youghurt in the ratio 1:10. It
can then be applied as a face mask for 10-15 minutes in order to
renew the connective tissue underlying scar tissue, wrinkles and
dry skin.
MSM Powder is manufactured under GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practices) thus ensuring a standardized product. It contains no
meat or bone meal!
